Bender announces the launch of Suite 97, a new customer experience area. 

This major investment in a state-of-the art space at the Bender UK Cumbria headquarters provides a fully immersive experience for visitors, enabling them to explore Bender technology within a simulated, modern operating theatre environment. The area includes a mini plant room with medical IT and uninterruptible power and clinical technology. Suite 97 can link to live images from the operating theatre, fully replicating what happens in a teaching hospital. It includes cutting-edge medical infrastructure, auditorium capabilities, and remote video conferencing through a smart camera setup.

Gareth Brunton, Managing Director of Bender UK, emphasised the purpose of Suite 97. He said: "We understand that the challenge in the healthcare sector is two-fold. For existing hospital facilities, it is managing ageing, unreliable equipment that affects operational efficiency.  For extension and new build projects requiring design consultation, it is better understanding what is possible, and this space is the perfect showcase what is achievable.
